摘要
文章以人才信用体系的四个子系统为切入点,分布指出每个字系统存在的问题,并针对现有的问题给出具体的政策建议:(1)要分三个层面构建人才信用法律法规,并实现多样性的监督管理;(2)电子化人才信息管理,统一征信技术标准;(3)实施多层面信用文化教育。
The article takes the four subsystems of the talent credit system as the entry point, points out the problems existing in each word system, and gives specific policy recommendations for the existing problems:(1) to build talent credit laws and regulations in three levels And realize the diversity of supervision and management;(2) electronic talent information management, unified credit information technology standards;(3) implementation of multi-level credit culture education.
