摘要
随着社会经济的不断的发展,一些企业在发展的同时需要大量的人才,高校是人才的聚集地,在培养研究生的教育方式中,更需要实践来支撑理论的学习和研究,更好的培养学生在实践中的创新意识。文章对国内外硕士研究生的培养模式的现状进行了分析,对高校中研究生在校企合作培养方式上的问题进行研究,并提出了相应的方法和对策,以构建校企合作的新模式。
With the continuous development of social economy,some enterprises need a large number of talents at the same time of development.Colleges and universities are the gathering place of talents.In the education mode of training graduate students’more practice is needed to support the theoretical study and research,and better cultivate the innovative consciousness of students in practice.This paper analyzes the current situation of the training mode of postgraduate at home and abroad,studies the problems in the mode of school enterprise cooperation training of postgraduate in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding methods and countermeasures to build a new mode of school enterprise cooperation.
