摘要
新工科教育是“与未来合作”的工程教育,是立足当前的主动作为、面向未来的主动谋划,具有溢出带动性很强的“头雁”效应,是高等教育“质量革命”的先驱性、引领性和支撑性力量,是加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育的战略支点。新工科教育的推进范式应由“轰轰烈烈”的理念倡导转向“扎扎实实”的实践落实,推动新工科教育再深化、再拓展、再突破,在方法论意义上归结起来就是新工科教育再出发。新工科教育再出发要明晰其建设工程教育强国、支撑民族伟大复兴的初心使命,要优化其体系设计和具体的治理路径,推进新工科教育治理体系和治理能力现代化。
Emerging Engineering Education(3E)is the education“cooperating with the future”.It is an initiative based on the current situation and the future needs,and a pioneer and driving force of the“quality revolution”of higher education.3Eis a strategic fulcrum to speed up the modernization of education and improve the quality of national education.The paradigm of 3Eshould focus on the“down-to-earth”practice.We should restart the construction of 3Eby making it deeper and more pervasive.With the purpose of rejuvenating China,3Eshould optimize its system design and its governance path and promote the modernization of its governance ability.
