摘要
运用共价接枝改性方法,对碳纤维进行了表面接枝超支化聚三酸肝-二甘醇环氧树脂(HTDE)改性处理。采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等分析技术,研究了HTDE接枝反应过程及改性处理对碳纤维表面性能的影响。结果表明,HTDE通过化学键合作用成功接枝于碳纤维表面,碳纤维表面缺陷得到改善,表面粗糙度明显提高。
Using a covalent grafting modification strategy,hyperbranched poly( trimelliticanhydride-diethylene glycol) ester epoxy resin( HTDE) was grafted on the surface of carbon fiber. The grafting reaction process and effects of modification treatment on surface properties of carbon fiber were investigated through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS),scanning electron microscope( SEM)and atomic force microscope( AFM) techniques. The testing results indicate that the HTDE is successfully grafted onto the surface of carbon fiber through chemical bonding. The surface defects are repaired and the surface roughness is obviously improved.
