摘要
积极探索适应时代要求与学生发展特点相融合的思想政治教育方式成为当今高校的一项重要而紧迫的任务,确立学生主体地位,不断进行高校学生思想政治教育理念的改革与创新,才能够更快、更强、更好地促进高校快速发展。在医学院校学生管理工作中,需针对"95后"学生的特点,开展学生思想政治教育,充分发挥学生的主体性,实现自主管理,促进学生的全面发展。
Actively explore the way of ideological and political education that adapts to the requirements of the age and integrates with the characteristics of students’ development has become a significant and urgent mission in today’s colleges. To establish students’ subject status, and to constantly carry out the reform and innovation of the idea of ideological and political education of college students, so as to promote the rapid development of colleges and universities faster, stronger and better.In the management of students in medical colleges, it is necessary to carry out the ideological and political education of students in view of the characteristics of "post-95" students, give full play to the subjectivity of students, realize independent management and promote the all-round development of students.
