摘要
针对采煤装备落后等问题,提出了综采自动化系统,并对综放工作面的中的"三机"之一的采煤机自动化进行了详细研究,从工矿数据的实时监测、数据的实时传输、控制及保护等方面分析了采煤机自动化控制系统,并通过采煤机自动化系统的监测和控制功能,提高生产效率,达到自动化、高效、安全、绿色开采的目的。
Aiming at the problems of backward mining equipment,this paper puts forward the fully mechanized mining automation system,and makes a detailed study on the shearer automation in the"three machines"in the fully mechanized caving face.This paper analyzes the automatic control system of shearer from the aspects of real-time monitoring,data transmission,control and protection,and improves the production efficiency through the monitoring and control function of the shearer automation system to achieve the purpose of automatic,efficient,safe and green mining.
