摘要
针对现有矿井深度大、巷道长,矿井通风系统在进行长距离送风时,风机常出现风量不足、流场紊乱、效率下降的问题,依据CFD(流体动力学)原理,对矿井通风机在工作时的流场分布情况进行研究,根据分析结果提出了以改变风叶安装角度的方式来提升风机的运行效率,为优化风机结构,确保矿井通风系统工作的稳定性和可靠性奠定基础。
The existing mine depth is large,the roadway is long,when the mine ventilation system carries on the long distance air supply,the fan often appears the air volume insufficiency,the flow field disorder,the efficiency decline question,according to the CFD(fluid dynamics)principle,carries on the research to the mine fan in the work flow field distribution situation,according to the analysis result proposed changes the wind blade installation angle way to raise the fan in the operation efficiency,has laid the foundation for the optimization fan structure,guarantees the mine ventilation system work stability and the reliability.
