摘要
针对传统带式输送机张紧装置难以调节输送带张力、不利于改善输送机运行时输送带动态受力效果、无法有效补偿输送带伸长的问题,对其进行自动化改造,使其成为一种可自动调节输送带张力、改善输送机运行时输送带动态受力效果、补偿输送带伸长的自动绞车张紧装置。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional belt conveyor tensioning device is difficult to adjust the belt tension,which is not conducive to improving the dynamic force effect of the conveyor belt during the operation of the conveyor belt,and can not effectively compensate for the extension of the conveyor belt,the automatic transformation is made into an automatic winch tensioning device which can automatically adjust the belt tension,improve the dynamic force effect of the conveyor belt during the operation of the conveyor belt,and compensate for the extension of the conveyor belt.
