摘要
针对目前桁架式起重机在山地型风场接臂效率底、成本高的问题,首先提出悬空接臂的总体思路,运用有限元软件ANSYS建立不同工况时悬空接臂的模型,并对其进行静力学分析计算,然后通过计算结果分析,列出不同臂长下悬空接臂解决方案,为悬空接臂提供参考依据,也为臂架的进一步优化设计提供参考模型。
To solve the problem of low efficiency and high cost of truss crane in mountain wind field,first,the general idea of the suspension joint is proposed,and the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish a model of the suspension joint under different working conditions,and the static analysis and calculation are performed.Secondly,through the analysis of the calculation results,the solutions for the overhanging joints of the arm under different boom lengths are listed.It provides a reference for the suspension joint,and also provides a reference model for the further optimization of the boom.
