摘要
目的探讨综合性细节护理对经食道超声心动图检查患者的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年8月中山大学附属第八医院行经食道超声心动图检查的患者68例,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合性细节护理),各34例。比较两组不良情绪评分、舒适度评分、检查依从性、检查耗时、不良反应、血流动力学指标、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,其舒适度评分、依从率高于对照组,其检查耗时、不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的心率、平均动脉压较检查前未出现明显变化(P>0.05),对照组心率、平均动脉压均较检查前显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检查后,观察组心率、平均动脉压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行经食道超声心动图检查患者实施综合性细节护理干预,具有显著的护理效果。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive detailed nursing care for patients undergoing transesophageal echocardiography.Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent transesophageal echocardiography in the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from January 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive detail nursing),with 34 cases each.Adverse emotion scores,comfort scores,compliance,time consuming,adverse reactions,hemodynamic indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,their comfort scores and compliance rates were higher than those in the control group,their examination time and the overall incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group did not change significantly(P>0.05).In the control group,heart rate and mean arterial pressure were significantly higher than before the examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After examination,heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive detailed nursing intervention in patients with transesophageal echocardiography has a significant nursing effect.
