摘要
目的分析醒脑静注射液联合盐酸多奈哌齐片及尼莫地平对血管性痴呆(VaD)患者认知功能及日常生活活动能力(ADL评分)的影响。方法选取2016年10月-2018年10月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院VaD患者84例,随机数字表法分为联合组(n=42)与常规组(n=42)。常规组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片+尼莫地平治疗,联合组采用醒脑静注射液+盐酸多奈哌齐+尼莫地平治疗。观察对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后血液流变学、认知功能(MMSE评分)、ADL评分。结果治疗30d后,联合组总有效率95.24%高于常规组76.19%(P<0.05);治疗30d后,联合组红细胞压积、全血黏度较常规组低(P<0.05);治疗30d后,联合组MMSE及ADL评分较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合盐酸多奈哌齐片及尼莫地平治疗VaD,疗效显著,可有效调节血液流变学,提高认知功能及日常生活活动能力。
Objective To analyze the effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets and nimodipine on cognitive function and activities of daily living(ADL score)in patients with vascular dementia(VaD).Methods Totally 84 patients with VaD in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled.The random number table method was divided into the combined group(n=42)and the conventional group(n=42).The routine group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets+nimodipine,and the combined group was treated with Xingnaojing injection+donepezil hydrochloride+nimodipine.The effects of the two groups were compared and the hemorheology,cognitive function(MMSE score)and ADL score before and after treatment.Results After 30 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 95.24%higher than that of the conventional group(76.19%)(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the hematocrit and whole blood viscosity of the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,30 days after treatment The MMSE and ADL scores of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets and nimodipine in the treatment of VaD has significant curative effect,which can effectively regulate blood rheology and improve cognitive function and activities of daily living.
