摘要
目的分析牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者采取正畸治疗联合牙周夹板的美学效果。方法本文所选60例牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者均为郑州市第七人民医院2017年1月至2019年1月所收治,经数字随机方法将其分成两组,30例对照组仅接受常规牙周夹板治疗,30例实验组则在常规牙周夹板治疗的同时,采用正畸治疗,观察比较治疗效果。结果两组治疗后的GI、PD均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且相较于对照组,实验组治疗后GI、PD更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后PLI、SBI、AL及松动度均低于治疗前(P<0.05),而且实验组治疗后的各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的各项血清炎性因子水平(CRP、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6)均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且相较于对照组,实验组疗后各项血清炎性因子水平更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组各时间点的骨钙素水平均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者采取正畸治疗联合牙周夹板治疗能取得比较理想的效果,不但能有效改善和控制牙周炎症状,而且还能有效矫正亚位置,改善面部美观度,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the aesthetic effect of orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal splint in patients with anterior fan displacement caused by periodontitis.Methods Sixty patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontitis were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019. They were divided into two groups by digital random method, and 30 patients in the control group received only Conventional periodontal splint treatment, the 30 cases of experimental group were treated with orthodontic treatment at the same time as conventional periodontal splint treatment, and the treatment effect was observed and compared.Results The GI and PD after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the GI and PD after treatment were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05);SBI, AL, and looseness were all lower than before treatment(P<0.05), and all indexes after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum inflammatory factors(CRP, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-6) in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the experimental group after treatment The levels of serum inflammatory factors were lower(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the osteocalcin levels in the experimental group were significantly increased at each time point(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontitis can achieve better results with orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal splint treatment, which can not only effectively improve and control periodontitis symptoms, but also can effectively correct sub-positions and improve the face. Aesthetic degree, has clinical promotion value.
