京津冀血站实验室抗-TP检测复检符合率分析 被引量:2

Investigation and analysis of the ratios of RR/IR of anti-TP tests in blood screening laboratories in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

摘要 目的探讨京津冀血站血液筛查实验室(简称血站实验室)间抗-TP复检符合率的差异,缩小各实验室关键环节的差距,为实现京津冀血液检测质量同质化提供数据支持。方法收集京津冀15家血站实验室(简称A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I、J、K、L、M、N和O)2018年1月1日-12月31日抗-TP试剂(简称R1、R2、R3和R4)初次试验阳性标本和复试阳性标本相关数据。1)分析京津冀抗-TP复检符合率总体情况;2)4种抗-TP试剂复检符合率差异;3)同一试剂不同实验室间复检符合率的差异。结果1)京津冀15家实验室中R1至R4符合率最高的依次为L、I、D和F,分别为85.48%(53/62)、71.94%(64/89)、64.71%(11/17)和74.4%(93/125)。2)京津冀地区总抗-TP复检符合率43.85%(1785/4071),4种抗-TP试剂间复检符合率有差异(P<0.05),其中R4复检符合率最高为71.50%(153/214),而R2的复检符合率最低为38.11%(662/1737)。3)同一试剂在不同实验室间复检符合率差异有所不同,其中R1、R2和R3符合率有差异(P<0.05),R4在不同实验室间的符合率无差异(P>0.05)。结论京津冀地区血站实验室抗-TP试剂复检符合率存在不同程度的差异,部分差异可能对检测的时效性和顺畅性产生影响;因此亟需推进3地血站实验室血液检测质量同质化建设的步伐。 Objective To investigate the basic business operation model for blood screening laboratory(referred to laboratory)in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper probed into the differences between initial reactivity(IR)and repeat reactivity(RR)of anti-TP test among laboratories in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei blood stations,and provided data support for eliminating operation gaps between laboratories and thus promotes the homogenization of blood detection quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Methods Data recorded regarding the basic operating conditions during January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 were collected,including 4 reagents used for retest(referred to R1,R2,R3 and R4),and the amount of anti-TP IR and RR samples of 15 laboratories(referred to A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N and O)in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.1)the overall rates of IR/RR in anti-TP retests in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were analyzed;2-3)the difference among the IR/RR rates of four anti-TP reagents used in retests,as well as that of the same reagent used by different laboratories,were analyzed statistically.Results 1)There were 4 reagents used for anti-TP retest in 15 laboratories in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Arranged in descending order,the rates of RR/IR of 4 reagents were L,I,D and F,which were 85.48%(53/62),71.94%(64/89),64.71%(11/17)and 74.4%(93/125),respectively.2)The overall rate of RR/IR of 4 anti-TP reagents was 43.85%(1785/4071).Statistical differences of RR/IR rates among 4 anti-TP reagents were observed(P<0.05).The rate of RR/IR of R4 was 71.50%(153/214),which ranked the highest,while R2 was 38.11%(662/1737),which ranked the lowest.3)Although some blood banks used the same ELISA reagent,the rates of RR/IR were different(P<0.05).Statistical difference in the rates of R1,R2 and R3 given by different laboratories was observed,except for R4(P>0.05).Conclusion At present,there are great differences in the rates of anti-TP RR/IR in laboratories in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and some of the differences may affect the timeliness and smoothness of the test.Therefore,it is urgent to promote the homogenization of blood testing quality in the laboratories in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
