摘要
合成了一种基于二氰基异佛尔酮的比色型pH检测探针.该探针随着pH的增大,430 nm处吸收峰逐渐下降,542 nm处出现新的吸收峰且逐渐升高,伴随着溶液颜色很明显的由黄色变为紫色.同时,在不同的pH范围内吸收强度比(I542/I430)与pH呈现不同的线性关系,可用于pH的检测.
A colorimetric pH sensor based on dicyanoisophorone was synthesized.With the increase of pH,the absorption at 430 nm decreased and a new absorption at 542 nm emerged and increased gradually.Simultaneously,the yellow solution turned violet distinctly.The ratio of absorption intensity(I542/I430)was found to be linear on pH in different ranges so that this sensor can be used to detect pH.
