摘要
对香豆酸为肉桂酸母核结构,具有多种生物活性,但由于溶解性、稳定性较差,在化妆品中应用受限.对香豆酸酰胺类衍生物是其在自然界中主要存在形式之一,具有良好的稳定性.从对香豆酸酰胺类衍生物的结构出发,综述了其制备方法.介绍了对香豆酸及其酰胺类衍生物的抗氧化、抗炎、抑制酪氨酸酶、抗菌等生物活性与其在化妆品中的应用.
Coumaric acid has many biological activities due to its cinnamic acid core structure,and its application in cosmetics is limited because of its poor solubility and stability.p-Coumaric acid amide is one of the main forms of coumaric acid in nature and possesses good stability.Based on the structure of coumaric acid amides,the preparation methods were reviewed.Moreover,the correlation between biological activity(anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-tyrosinase and antisepsis)of coumaric acid and its amide derivatives,and its application in cosmetics were systematically summarized.
