摘要
融合牙是一种常见的牙体结构异常现象,以两颗相邻牙牙本质发生融合为主要特点,在临床工作中较为常见,其发生率与地区、种族、性别、牙位等因素有关。在临床工作中,需与双生牙、结合牙相鉴别。融合牙在乳牙及恒牙中均可发生,本病例中82、83融合同时其继发恒牙42、43融合情况情况较为少见,故报道如下,同时将相关文献进行回顾整理。
Fused teeth are a common abnormal dental structure.The main feature is the fusion of dentin between two adjacent teeth.It is more common in clinical work.Its incidence is related to factors such as region,race,gender,and position.In clinical work,it needs to be distinguished from geminated teeth and concrescence of teeth.Fused teeth can occur in both deciduous and permanent teeth.In this case,the fusion of 82 and 83 and the secondary fusion of permanent teeth 42 and 43 are rare.Therefore,it is reported below.
