摘要
目的:研究不同审美评价方法对侧貌唇突度的审美差异。方法:选取1名侧貌美观的患者拍摄侧位图片,使用软件改变其唇突度和图片的亮度及彩度共得到21张图片,邀请评价人员进行VAS审美评分。结果:(E-2 mm)和(E+0 mm)分别为专业组与非专业组的最高得分,(E+6 mm)得分最低;凹面型中剪影组得分较高,直面型中彩色组得分较高;相较于其他方法彩色图的审美一致性更高。结论:审美一致性较好的彩色图是更合适的侧貌评价方法;直立偏凹陷的面型最受大众喜爱。
Objective:To study the preferences about the lip position for esthetic profiles using various aesthetic evaluation methods.Methods:Facial photograph of a subject with a good balanced profile was obtained.The image of the profile was digitally changed to produce 21 images of chromophotographs,silhouettes,black and white photographs with different lip positions.Orthodontists and lay evaluators were invited to score the images.Results:The profile of(E-2 mm)obtained the highest score frome professionals,while(E+0 mm)obtained the highest score from lay persons.The image of(E+6 mm)was considered the least attractive.Concave profiles were more often preferred in the silhouettes(P<0.05)and chromophotograph got the highest score in flatter profiles.The aesthetic consistency of the chromophotograph was higher than that of the other two methods.Conclusion:The chromophotograph can be considered as the best way to evaluate the esthetic profiles.The greatest preference of lay people is slightly concave profile for facial attractiveness.
