摘要
目的:探究不同漂白剂对大鼠氟斑牙氧化脱色后釉质颜色、硬度和结构特征变化。方法:通过Vita比色板、显微硬度计和扫描电子显微镜等观察30%H2O2、1%ClO2、1%H2O2+1%CaCl2、1%H2O2+50U/ml辣根过氧化物酶5组漂白处理对大鼠氟斑牙的脱色效果(n=11~12)。结果:ClO2对大鼠氟斑牙漂白效果最明显;1%H2O2+1%CaCl2处理对釉质硬度影响较小;1%H2O2+过氧化物酶、30%H2O22种处理对釉质结构影响相近。结论:ClO2对氟斑牙漂白效果明显,少量钙离子可减少漂白处理对牙体硬度的影响。
Objective:To investigate the whitening effects of fluorotic teeth in rats with different bleaching agents.Methods:30%H2O2,1%ClO2,1%H2O2+1%CaCl2 and 1%H2O2+50 U/ml horseradish peroxidase were used to bleach the fluorotic teeth in rats(n=11-12 teeth),and the bleaching effects were measured by Vita colorimetric plate,micro hardness tester and SEM.Results:The whitening effect of ClO2 was more obvious than that of other agents.1%H 2O 2+CaCl2 group showed the least impact on the hardness of the tooth.The changes on the enamel structure of 1%H2O2+horseradish peroxidase group was similar to that of 30%H 2O2.Conclusion:The addition of calcium ions into the bleaching agents may alleviate the influence of hardness of fluorotic teeth after whitening.ClO2 is effective for whitening of fluorotic teeth.
