摘要
目的:评价医疗风险预警系统对武汉市某儿童专科医院手术并发症的干预效果,为该类系统在医院手术并发症控制方面提供借鉴。方法:运用间断时间序列分析(Interrupted Time Series Analysis,ITSA)方法,对该医院2017年9月到2019年5月的手术并发症例数与发生率构建分段回归模型,分析其水平与趋势变化。结果:在医疗风险预警系统实施前后,该医院手术并发症例数水平下降(P=0.029),手术并发症例数与发生率趋势逐渐变缓并趋于稳定(均P<0.05)。结论:医疗风险预警系统对医院手术并发症控制有改善作用,使得术后并发症例数与发生率总体呈下降趋势并趋于稳定。
Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of medical risk warning system on the surgical complications in a children’s hospital in Wuhan,and to provide reference for the control of complications in hospitals.Methods:Using the interrupted time series analysis(ITSA)method,the number and incidence of surgical complications in the hospital from September 2017 to May 2019 were analyzed in a segmented regression model.Results:Before and after the implementation of the medical risk warning system,the number of surgical complications decreased(P=0.029),and the number of surgical complications and the incidence trend gradually slowed down and stabilized(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical risk warning system can improve the control of surgical complications in hospital,which makes the number and incidence of postoperative complications slow down and tend to be stable.
