摘要
目的探讨孕前中医药干预联合孕后安胎序贯治疗复发性流产(RSA)的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的112例RSA患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(56例,孕前中医药干预+孕后安胎序贯治疗)和对照组(56例,孕后安胎序贯治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各妊娠时间的β-HCG水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕前中医药干预联合孕后安胎序贯治疗RSA的临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention before pregnancy combined with sequential therapy after pregnancy of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods A total of 112 RSA patients admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group(56 cases,traditional Chinese medicine intervention before pregnancy+sequential therapy after pregnancy)and control group(56 cases,sequential therapy after pregnancy)according to the random number table.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the syndrome score of the two groups reduced,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Theβ-HCG levels of each pregnancy time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine intervention before pregnancy combined with sequential therapy after pregnancy of RSA has a significant clinical effect.
