摘要
通过全流稀释采样系统(CVS)对某柴油机的颗粒物PM排放进行采样分析。CVS系统的二级稀释比由颗粒物采样流量和二级稀释空气流量来确定。在国六排放法规标准的要求下,通过改变颗粒物采样流量和二级稀释空气流量,分别对该发动机进行了WHSC稳态循环试验,分析二级稀释比参数的变化对颗粒物PM采样结果的影响。结果表明,随着颗粒物采样流量和二级稀释空气流量,颗粒物PM排放结果都呈降低的趋势。
PM emission of a diesel engine was sampled and analyzed by full flow dilution sampling system(CVS).The secondary dilution ratio of the CVS system was determined by the particulate sampling flow rate and the secondary dilution air flow rate.According to the requirements of the national six emission regulations and standards,the WHSC steady-state cycle test was carried out on the engine by changing the particulate sampling flow and the secondary dilution air flow.The influence of the change of the secondary dilution ratio parameters on the particulate PM sampling results was analyzed.The results showed that PM emission decreased with the particulate sampling flow and secondary dilution air flow.
