摘要
中哈物流通道作为中哈两国经贸发展的重要物质基础,对中哈物流通道服务能力评价的研究对于完善与提升物流通道的服务具有重要的实际意义。论文基于中哈物流通道自身的特点,建立了中哈物流通道服务的评价指标体系,并将粗糙集理论与层次分析法相结合运用组合赋权法确定了评价指标的权重,保证了对中哈物流通道服务能力评价的客观性和可信度。研究结果表明,此方法将定量与定性分析方法相结合具备可操作性;目前中哈物流通道服务能力的良好,完善物流通道的信息化综合服务是提高中哈物流通道服务水平的关键因素。
As an important material basis for the development of economy and trade between China and Kazakhstan,the evaluation of service capability of China-Kazakhstan logistics corridor is of great practical significance for improving and upgrading the service of logistics corridor.Based on the characteristics of logistics corridor,this paper established the evaluation index system of China-Kazakhstan logistics corridor service,and combined rough set theory with analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of evaluation index,which ensured the objectivity and reliability of the evaluation.The results showed that this method is operable by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.At present,the service capability of logistics corridors is good,and improving the comprehensive information service of logistics corridors is the key factor to improve the service level of logistics corridors.
