摘要
民营上市公司是民营企业的优秀代表,在创造就业、推动技术进步等方面做出了重要贡献,然而在近年的发展中却遇到了较大困难。金融资产管理公司是民营上市公司纾困中一股强有力的、不可或缺的力量。通过对资产管理公司纾困民营上市公司典型模式与相比其他市场机构优势的总结与分析,提出整合集团资源、完善激励机制、加强人才队伍建设、放宽监管政策等对策建议,以使其在防范与化解金融风险、金融支持实体经济发展中的作用得到更好的发挥。
Private listed companies are excellent representatives of private enterprises and have made important contributions in creating jobs and promoting technological progress. However, they have encountered great difficulties in recent years. Financial asset management companies are a powerful and indispensable force in the bailout of private listed companies. Based on the summary and analysis of the typical rescue model of asset companies and their advantages compared with other market institutions, this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions: integrating group resources, improving incentive mechanism, strengthening the construction of talent team and relaxing supervision policies, so as to make it play a better role in preventing and defusing financial risks and in financial support for the development of real economy.
