轮胎硫化机电磁热板磁场分布仿真分析 被引量:4

摘要 轮胎硫化设备能耗高、污染重,已成为制约行业发展的瓶颈,因此高效、节能的电磁感应加热技术在轮胎工业中具有广阔的应用前景。本文从轮胎硫化机电磁热板参数设计入手,并进行线圈的结构设计,通过maxwell仿真软件研究了电磁热板的磁场参数和线圈结构对硫化机热板的涡流损耗分布的影响。结果表明:电流量40 A,工作频率15 kHz,线圈长度为32 m的条件下具有较好的涡流损耗分布;涡流损耗集中分布在线圈覆盖的区域上,因此线圈的设计需要结合被加热的区域的需要。 Tire curing equipment has high energy consumption and heavy pollution,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the industry.Therefore,efficient and energy-saving electromagnetic induction heating technology has broad application prospects in the tire industry.This paper starts with the parameter design of the electromagnetic hot plate of the tire curing press,and carries out the structural design of the coil.Through the maxwell simulation software,the magnetic field parameters of the electromagnetic hot plate and the coil structure are studied on the eddy current loss distribution of the hot plate for curing press.The results show that when the current is 40 A,the operating frequency is 15 kHz,and the coil length is 32 m,there is a good eddy current loss distribution.Eddy current losses are concentrated on the area covered by the coil,so the design of the coil needs to be combined with the needs of the heated area.
