摘要
为提高水泥/尾矿基发泡水泥保温板的力学性能,解决制约其推广应用的瓶颈问题,将氧化石墨烯作为添加剂加入发泡水泥原料中进行试验,对氧化石墨烯掺量与发泡水泥性能之间的关系及作用机理进行研究分析。在成熟配比的基础上添加不同质量分数的氧化石墨烯,通过测试试件抗压强度、抗折强度、泡孔结构等方法,确定最佳氧化石墨烯掺量,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)分析氧化石墨烯对发泡水泥微观形貌的影响及作用机理。结果表明,原料中掺入氧化石墨烯可以提高发泡水泥保温板的抗压强度和抗折强度,可以优化发泡水泥保温板的泡孔形态,氧化石墨烯对发泡水泥水化产物的形成具有模板效应和填充效应。水泥/尾矿基发泡水泥保温板原料中石墨烯最佳掺入量为0.02%。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of cement/tailings-based foamed cement insulation board and solve the bottleneck problem that restricts its popularization and application,GO was added into foamed cement raw materials as an additive to carry out experiments,and the relationship between the content of GO and the properties of foamed cement and its mechanism of action were studied and analyzed.GO with different mass fractions was added on the basis of the mature ratio.The optimal GO content was determined by testing the compressive strength,flexural strength,cell structure and other methods of the specimen.The influence of GO on the micro-morphology of foamed cement and its mechanism of action were analyzed by SEM.The results show that adding GO into raw materials can improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of foamed cement insulation board,and can optimize the cell morphology of foamed cement insulation board.GO has template effect and filling effect on the formation of foamed cement hydration products.The best content of GO in cement/tailings-based foamed cement insulation board is 0.02%.
