摘要
目的试分析累及心脏大血管复杂纵膈肿瘤患者的围术期有效护理方法。方法将我科2013年11月~2015年9月接收的96例累及心脏大血管复杂纵膈肿瘤患者纳入研究,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=50)及对照组(n=46);对照组在围术期给予常规护理,观察组则在围术期实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者的住院时间、ICU治疗率、并发症发生率。结果两组患者围术期均未出现死亡;观察组一年期生存率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在住院时间、ICU治疗率、并发症发生率比较,观察组均低于对照组,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在累及心脏大血管复杂纵膈肿瘤患者的围术期给予综合护理干预,能够有效推动患者的康复,进而将治疗效果最大化。
Objective To analyze an effective nursing method in perioperative period for patients with mediastinal tumors invading the heart and great vessels.Methods A total of 96 patients with mediastinal tumors invading the heart or great vessels treated in our hospital from November 2013 to September 2015 were included in the study.The patients were divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=46)using the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period.The length of hospitalization stay,ICU treatment rate,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results No perioperative death occurred in the two groups.The one-year survival rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The length of hospital stay,ICU treatment rate,complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the satisfaction level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period of patients with mediastinal tumors invading the heart and great vessels can effectively promote the patient’s recovery and maximize the therapeutic effect.
