摘要
目的探讨氨氯地平的药理分析及临床应用。方法选择2017年7月~2019年7月我院收治的采用氨氯地平治疗的患者进行分析,以40例老年高血压患者为例,经过3个月的治疗对患者的生活质量、24h血压动态变化、患者的肾功能检查结果进行分析。结果经过氨氯地平治疗后3个月健康愉快感评分、身体症状评分、性功能评分、情感状态评分、认知功能评分、社会关系评分以及生活满意度评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);经过氨氯地平治疗后24h收缩压(SBP)、24h舒张压(DBP)、日间平均收缩压(dSBP)、日渐平均收缩压(dDBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)均低于治疗前(P<0.05);经过氨氯地平治疗后尿微量蛋白,血清胱抑素低于治疗前,肾小球滤过率高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平在多种疾病上如高血压、心绞痛等具有显著的治疗效果,不良反应较少,药效持久,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the pharmacological analysis and clinical application of amlodipine.Methods Patients who were treated with amlodipine in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected for analysis.A total of 40 elderly patients with hypertension were enrolled in this study.After 3 months of treatment,the patients'quality of life,the dynamic changes of 24 hours blood pressure,and renal function tests were analyzed.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of health and happiness,physical symptoms,sexual function,emotional state,cognitive function,social relationship and life satisfaction were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After amlodipine treatment,the 24h systolic blood pressure(SBP),24h diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean daily systolic blood pressure(dSBP),and mean daily diastolic blood pressure(dDBP),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The urine microprotein and serum cystatin were lower than those before treatment,and glomerular filtration rate was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine has significant therapeutic effects on a variety of diseases such as hypertension and angina pectoris,with fewer adverse reactions and long-lasting effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
