摘要
本文对西双版纳国门大学科研综合能力的调查与分析,主要从西双版纳职业技术学院专业技术人员发表论文和出版著作、课题申报立项以及人力资源的潜在能力方面进行研究,由此得到相关的数据并为学院今后的发展提供一定的理论依据。
The investigation and analysis of the comprehensive scientific research ability of Xishuangbanna Guomen University is mainly carried out from the papers and books published and the projects declared and established by the professional and technical personnel,as well as the potentialities of human resources of Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College.The relevant data is thus obtained and a certain theoretical basis is provided for the future development of the college.
