摘要
目的分析季铵盐载体消毒剂(消毒湿巾)对多重耐药菌的消毒效果。方法使用季铵盐载体消毒湿巾和含氯消毒剂对我院的多种耐药菌高频度接触物进行消毒处理,对比两种消毒方式的效果。结果季铵盐载体消毒湿巾对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA),泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌以及泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭效果显著高于含氯消毒剂,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论季铵盐载体消毒湿巾对于MRSA,泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌以及泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌等多重耐药菌具有显著的消毒效果,不易对环境造成影响,更容易被患者所接受,使用价值高。
Objective To analyze the disinfection effect of quaternary ammonium salt carrier disinfectant(disinfection wet towel) on multi-drug resistant bacteria. Methods The wet towel and chlorine disinfectant were used to sterilize the high frequency contact materials of drug-resistant bacteria in our hospital, and the effects of the two disinfection methods were compared. Results The killing effect of quaternary ammonium carrier disinfection wet towel on MRSA, pan-resistant acinetobacter baumannii and pan-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa was significantly higher than that of chlorinecontaining disinfectant, and the data between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Quaternary ammonium carrier disinfection wet towel is multiple for methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus, panresistant acinetobacter baumannii and pan-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa. Drug-resistant bacteria have significant disinfection effect, not easy to affect the environment, more easily accepted by patients, the use value is high.
