摘要
以法式风格大型酒店项目为例,介绍了BIM技术在复杂石材幕墙施工的质量、安全、进度、成本和协同管理中的应用。该项目外立面复杂,艺术风格独特,精细化建造要求高。设计创新地采用装配式单元体框架支承结构系统,并通过应用BIM技术和协同管理平台,开展设计优化、施工模拟、工艺交底、样板先行和危险性较大工程防控的管理。该技术提高了建造精度和安全水平,节约了成本、缩短了工期,并且在获得了优良工程和安全、文明标准化工地荣誉的同时,也展现了建筑信息模型在工程全周期的可持续价值。
Taking the French style large-scale hotel project as an example,this study introduces the application of BIM Technology in the construction of complex stone curtain wall,including quality,safety,schedule,cost and collaborative management. The facade of the project is complex,with unique artistic style and high requirements for lean construction. The assembled unit frame supporting structure system was innovatively adopt in the design phase,and BIM Technology and collaborative management platform was also adopt to carry out design optimization,construction simulation,process disclosure,sample engineering and dangerous engineering prevention and control.These advanced techniques don’t only improve the construction accuracy and safety level,but also save the cost and shorten the construction period. Moreover,while winning the honorary titles of " Excellent Project" and " Safe,civilized and standardized construction site",it showed the sustainable value of building information model in the whole project cycle.
