摘要
目的观察激光美容后应用MEBO(湿润烧伤膏)与红霉素软膏的疗效。方法2017年6月-2018年8月选取医院激光美容患者76例,随机分为红霉素软膏治疗的对照组(38)与湿润烧伤膏治疗的观察组(38例),对照组治疗1天涂抹1~2次,观察组1天涂抹4~6次,患者均治疗至创面愈合。观察患者创面愈合时间、止痛效果、色素沉着发生率、色素沉着消退时间及心理状态。结果与对照组相比,观察组创面愈合时间短,疼痛发生率高,色素沉着率高,色素沉着消退时间短,SAS、SDS评分低,P<0.05。结论激光美容后应用湿润烧伤膏与红霉素软膏,能加快创面愈合速度,减轻患者疼痛感,降低色素沉着发生率,促进色素沉着消退,有效改善了患者心理状态,取得了较好的治疗效果,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the efficacy of MEBO and erythromycin ointment after laser cosmetology.Methods From June 2017 to August 2018,selected 76 patients with laser cosmetic,were randomly divided into erythromycin ointment for the treatment of control group(38)with Mabel observation of moist burn cream treatment group(38)and control group treatment daub 1~2 times a day,observation group daub is 4~6 times a day,patients were treated to the healing of the wound.The healing time,analgesic effect,incidence of pigmentation,resolution time of pigmentation and psychological state of the patients were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter wound healing time,higher incidence of pain,higher pigmentation rate,shorter resolution time of pigmentation,and lower SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mebo mebo and erythromycin ointment after laser cosmetology can accelerate the wound healing speed,reduce the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of pigmentation,promote the resolution of pigmentation,effectively improve the psychological state of patients,and achieve good therapeutic effect,which is worthy of reference.
