软、硬通道联合微创穿刺引流术治疗脑挫裂伤

摘要 目的研究软、硬通道联合微创穿刺引流术对治疗脑挫裂伤的临床效果。方法选取2011年8月-2017年5月来我院进行治疗的脑挫裂伤患者作为研究对象,给予内科、软、硬通道联合微创穿刺引流术及开颅去骨瓣减压,血肿清除手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果68例病患中有56例患者未进行大骨瓣减压手术,12例患者颅内压持续高于30 mmHg,进一步降阶梯治疗无效,行开颅去骨瓣减压,血肿清除手术。所有病例中均未发生颅内感染。结论软、硬通道联合微创穿刺引流术+颅内压监测对于脑挫裂伤中脑内血肿治疗及危重病情治疗均有积极意义,取得满意的临床治疗效果。 Objective To study the clinical effect of soft and hard channels combined with minimally invasive puncture and drainage on the treatment of cerebral contusion and laceration.Methods From August 2011 to May 2017,patients with cerebral contusion and laceration who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the research object,and medical,soft and hard channels combined with minimally invasive puncture drainage and decompression of craniotomy bone decompression,hematoma were given Clear the surgical treatment and observe the treatment effect.Results Of the 68 patients,56 patients did not undergo decompression of the large bone flap,and 12 patients had intracranial pressure continuously higher than 30 mmHg,and further step-down treatment was ineffective.Craniotomy bone decompression and hematoma removal surgery were performed..No intracranial infection occurred in all cases.Conclusion The combination of soft and hard channels combined with minimally invasive puncture drainage and intracranial pressure monitoring has positive significance for the treatment of intracerebral hematoma and treatment of critical illness in cerebral contusion and laceration,and has achieved satisfactory clinical treatment results.
