摘要
目的对咸宁市某聋哑学校残余听力聋哑儿所占比例、年龄分布以及残余听力程度等进行调查,并对其原因及相关影响因素进行分析,目的在于提升人们对于儿童早期听力诊断及筛查的重视程度。方法2017年3月-2018年3月对咸宁市某聋哑学校的180名聋哑儿进行听力调查,并分析原因。结果听力残疾等级分布,四级:10名;三级:26名;二级:30名;一级:114名。结论轻度听力残疾患儿在早期阶段,若能够进行相应的干预和诊断,可避免对其今后进入社会正常生活产生影响,一旦错过疾病治疗的最佳时机,便会直接降低患儿生活质量,使其逐渐失去生活信心,因此,对于聋哑患儿而言,早期干预和诊断至关重要。
Objective To investigate the proportion,age distribution and the residual hearing of the deaf-mute children in a deaf-mute school in Xianning,and to analyze the causes and the related factors.The purpose of this study is to improve people’s attention to the early hearing diagnosis and screening of children.Methods 180 deaf-mute children of a deafmute school in Xianning were investigated and the causes were analyzed.Results The grade distribution of hearing disability as follow:level 4:10,level 3:26,level 2:30,level 1:114.Conclusion In the early stage of the children with mild hearing disability,if the corresponding intervention and diagnosis can be carried out,the children with mild hearing disability can be avoided.In the future,entering the normal life of society will have an impact,once the best opportunity for disease treatment is missed,the quality of life of children will be directly reduced and their confidence in life will be gradually lost.Therefore,for deaf and mute children,early intervention and diagnosis is very important.
