摘要 目的研究情景模拟式教学在急救技能培训中的应用。方法选择2019年3月-2019年6月在中国医科大学附属第一医院急诊科实习的临床医学本科生4个班级,合计120人,且4个班级为成绩平行班。急救技能培训分为四次课程,依次学习心肺复苏术、气管插管术、创伤的处理、中毒的抢救流程,每次课程包括理论教学40分钟及实践操作1小时。随机抽取其中两个班级作为传统教学组(对照组,60人),另外两个班级作为情景模拟教学组(试验组,60人),理论授课均为同一教师。结果经过情景模拟式教学理论和技能操作考核成绩均高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实习后技能理论成绩与实习前相比有所提升,教学满意度较传统教学更具有优势。结论情景模拟式教学在急救技能培训中具有重要意义。 Objective To study the application of situational simulation teaching in first-aid skill training.Methods From March 2019 to June 2019,4 classes of clinical medicine undergraduates were selected for internship in the emergency department of the first affiliated hospital of China medical university,totaling 120 students,and 4 classes were selected as parallel classes.The first-aid skills training was divided into four courses,which in turn study CPR,endotracheal intubation,trauma treatment,and poisoning rescue procedures.Each course included 40 minutes of theoretical teaching and 1 hour of practical operation.Two classes were randomly selected as the traditional teaching group(control group,60),and the other two classes were used as the scenario simulation teaching group(experimental group,60 people).The theoretical teaching was the same teacher.Results After the scenario simulation teaching theory and skill operation assessment scores were higher than the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the post-internship skill theory scores improved compared with the pre-internship period.Teaching satisfaction has more advantages than traditional teaching.Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching is of great significance in first aid skills training.
