摘要
目的探讨柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法选择我院100例2017年1月至2018年1月溃疡性结肠炎患者。随机分组,美沙拉嗪口服用药治疗组采取美沙拉嗪口服用药治疗,柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗组则采取柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗。比较两组溃疡性结肠炎疗效;排便次数恢复正常时间等。结果柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗组有更高的疗效,P<0.05。治疗前美沙拉嗪口服用药治疗组、柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗组症状积分水平以及炎性指标比较,P>0.05;治疗后柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗组症状积分水平以及炎性指标变化幅度更大,P<0.05。柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗组排便次数恢复正常时间、黏液脓血便消失时间、发热消失时间、黏膜溃疡愈合时间和美沙拉嗪口服用药治疗组比较有优势,P<0.05。柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗组复发率低于美沙拉嗪口服用药治疗组,P<0.05。结论柳氮磺吡啶保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salazopyridine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 100 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.Randomly assigned,mesalazine oral therapy group was treated with mesalazine oral therapy,and salazopyridine retention enema group was treated with salazopyridine retention enema.To compare the curative effect of ulcerative colitis between two groups.Frequency of defecation return to normal time,etc.Results Salazopyridine retention enema treatment group has a higher efficacy,P<0.05.Comparison of symptom scores and inflammatory indicators between the oral administration of mesalazine before treatment and the retention enema of salazopyridine before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score level and inflammatory index of salazopyridine retention enema group changed more significantly,P<0.05.Compared with the control group(P<0.05),the control group(P<0.05)had advantages in the retention enema group(P<0.05)in the return to normal times of defecation,disappearance time of mucus pus and blood,disappearance time of fever,healing time of mucosal ulcer and mesalazine oral therapy.The recurrence rate of salazopyridine retention enema group was lower than that of mesalazine group,P<0.05.Conclusion Salazopyridine retention enema is effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
