摘要
本文完成了一种自动节能传动控制方法的构建,该方法针对汽车连杆机械传动控制特点在完成了包括被控对象和控制约束参量在内的有效模型构建的基础上,采用变结构模糊PID技术对控制律进行优化设计,对连杆机械的误差则通过结合运用误差反馈补偿方法中的小扰动积分补偿模式进行跟踪,使输出稳态误差得以有效降低,并通过自适应学习方法的使用实现控制收敛性的提高。实验结果表明本文所设计的控制方法具有较好的控制品质及稳态收敛性,可使自动节能传动控制过程得以有效实现,为优化汽车连杆机械控制过程提供参考。
This paper completes the construction of an automatic energy-saving transmission control method.Based on the mechanical transmission control characteristics of the automobile connecting rod,the variable structure fuzzy is adopted based on the completion of the effective model construction including the controlled object and the control constraint parameters.The PID technology optimizes the control law,and the error of the linkage mechanism is tracked by combining the small disturbance integral compensation mode in the error feedback compensation method,so that the output steady-state error can be effectively reduced and used by the adaptive learning method,so as to achieve improved control convergence.The experimental results show that the control method designed in this paper has better control quality and steady-state convergence,which can effectively realize the automatic energy-saving transmission control process,and provide reference for optimizing the mechanical control process of automobile connecting rod.
