摘要
目的:观察中医护理结合健康指导干预糖尿病的临床效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法:选择120例糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上使用中医护理结合健康指导,对比2组的干预效果及护理满意度。结果:干预后,2组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及餐后2 h血糖均降低(P<0.05),观察组的降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的遵医行为评分均增高(P<0.05),观察组的增高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用中医护理结合健康指导干预糖尿病患者,可以明显提升临床效果及护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance on diabetes mellitus and its effect on nursing satisfaction.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance based on the intervention of the control group.The intervention effect and nursing satisfation in the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,hglycosylated hemoglobin and postprandial 2-hour blood glucose in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of compliance behavior of patients in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction.
