摘要
目的:观察化疗联合健脾消积汤治疗对中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:将中晚期胃癌患者62例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组采用单纯化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用健脾消积汤;评价2组临床疗效和治疗前后中医症状评分变化。结果:总有效率观察组为58.06%,对照组为41.94%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组胃痛、胃胀、恶心、呕吐等中医症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者胃痛、恶心、呕吐积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而2组间胃胀积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在西药化疗的基础上,健脾消积汤辅助治疗中晚期胃癌可提高临床疗效,有效改善患者临床症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with Jianpi Xiaoji tang for advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 62 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Xiaoji tang based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and the changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 58.06%in the observation group,higher than that of 41.94%in the control group,but there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores including stomachache,gastric distention,nausea and vomiting in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of stomachache,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of gastric distention between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on chemotherapy,the adjuvant therapy of Jianpi Xiaoji tang in treating advanced gastric cancer can improve the clinical effect and symptoms.
