摘要
提高幼师政治思想素质,保障幼师队伍的纯洁性,加强幼师师德建设,是幼师队伍建设的重头戏,目前,如何探索与构建科学合理、可操作性强、富有时代特色的幼师师德建设模式,已成为学前教育事业发展的重大课题。本人经过多年的探索与思考,认为其主要途径如下。
