索氏提取法提取牡丹籽油的工艺优化研究 被引量:13

摘要 以‘凤丹’的种籽为原材料,采用索氏提取法对牡丹籽油的提取技术及工艺优化条件进行研究。结果表明,牡丹籽油提取的最佳工艺为:提取时间为8 h,料液比(g∶mL)为1∶20,提取温度为75℃,物料目数为60目,出油率为32.92%。通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对提取的牡丹籽油脂肪酸成分及含量进行定性分析,发现籽油中油酸含量为24.16%,亚油酸为27.96%,亚麻酸为40.92%。研究结果为油用牡丹的产业发展提供了技术支持。 The extraction technology and process optimization of peony seed oil were studied by Soxhlet extraction method using‘Fengdan’seeds as raw materials.The best extraction process of peony seed oil was as follows:the extraction time was 8 h,ratio of material to liquid was 1∶20(g∶mL),extraction temperature was 75℃,material mesh size was 60 mesh.The oil yield was 32.92%.The fatty acid composition and content of extracted peony seed oil were qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The oleic acid content in seed oil was 24.16%,linoleic acid content was 27.79%,and linolenic acid content was 40.92%.The research results provide technical support for the industrial development of oil peony.
