摘要
提升全要素生产率有利于推动贸易高质量发展。通过对我国2000-2018年全要素生产率的考察,我们发现近年来全要素生产率水平处于下降趋势。使用DEA-Malmquist方法对全要素生产率增长率进行分解后发现,技术效率恶化是我国全要素生产率下降的主要表现形式。进一步分析表明,资源配置失衡、产业结构调整、基础研发较弱以及技术引进受阻,是全要素生产率下降的主要原因。本文认为应当通过充分发挥市场的资源配置作用、促进高端制造业与生产性服务业发展、加强创新以及深化对外开放等策略,尽快提高我国全要素生产率水平,推进贸易高质量发展。
The growth of enterprises’ total factor productivity is conducive to promote high-quality development of trade. Through the investigation of China’s total factor productivity from 2000 to 2018, we find that the level of total factor productivity is in a declining trend in recent years. Using the DEA-Malmquist method to decompose the total factor growth rate, we find that the deterioration of technical efficiency is the main form of total factor productivity decline in China. Further analysis shows that the main reasons for the decline in productivity are the imbalance of resource allocation, industrial restructuring, weak basic innovation and blocked technology introduction. At last, this paper holds that we should improve China’s total factor productivity and promote high-quality development of trade by giving full play to the role of market in resource allocation, promoting the development of high-end manufacturing industry and producer services, strengthening innovation and deepening opening-up.
