摘要
简要地阐述了络病学说的历史沿革,阐述了国家级名中医沈舒文教授运用络病理论分析慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变发病的机理,认为久病毒邪侵络成胃病,治疗以疏通润养为主,提出辛润通络、虫类药通络、化痰散瘀通络、解毒通络、补虚通络以及通脏腑之络的用药特点。并附验案说明。
This paper is a brief review of the historic development of Collateral Theory and mainly a description of Shen Shuwen’s(a TCM practitioner of national renown)treatment of Chronic?Atrophic?Gastritis and Precancerous Lesion of Gastric Carcinoma based on the Collateral Theory.Shen held that the stomach disease was caused by the invasion of some chronic diseases and virus into collateral,therefore the treatment should attach importance to the dredging and moisturing the collateral.Accordingly,he proposed to dredge the collateral by means of moisturing,medicinal insects,removing the phlegm and stasis,detoxification,nourishing the deficiency as well as dredging the zang-fu collater-al as the principle for his administration of medication.In addition,several cases are provided to justify his proposal.
