摘要
分析了湖南省耕地资源的现状及合理利用的制约因素 ;从基本农田保护、严格控制非农业建设用地、调整农业结构、开发后备资源、保护生态环境诸方面 。
Analyzes the landpresent of Hunan cultivated land resources and the restriction element of reasonable utilization,puts forward countermeasures of Hunan cultivated land resources from basic farmland protection,controling nonagricultural building land,adjusting agricultural structure,exploiting reserve resources and protecting ecological environment etc.
