摘要
针对热电厂日益加剧的热电矛盾,机组灵活性和供热能力不足的问题,提出对某330 MW机组进行低压缸零出力的改造方案,介绍对汽轮机本体、低压通流部分冷却蒸汽系统和低压缸喷水减温系统的具体改造设计方案,分析机组改造前后的供热与调峰能力。通过性能试验,结果表明,通过合理地改造设计,低压缸零出力技术提高了机组的调峰能力和供热量,最大供热抽汽量可达663t/h,最低发电负荷可降至约80MW。
Aiming at the increasing thermoelectricity contradictions of thermal power plants,the lack of unit flexibility and heating capacity,a zero-output reformation scheme for a 330 MW unit is proposed,and the steam turbine body,the low pressure flow part cooling steam system and the low pressure cylinder water spray desuperheating system are reformed and designed.The heating and peaking capacity of the unit before and after the reconstruction are analyzed.Through the performance test,the results show that through reasonable transformation design,the low-pressure cylinder zero-output technology has improved the peak regulation capacity and heat supply of the unit.The maximum heat extraction capacity can reach 663 t/h,and the minimum power generation load can be reduced to about 80 MW.
