摘要
桥梁施工建设过程中混凝土裂缝众多,常见裂缝包括温度裂缝、干缩裂缝、收缩裂缝、沉陷裂缝等,本文在分析以上裂缝产生原因的基础上提出了桥梁施工中混凝土裂缝的预防措施,如适当降低水泥用量、合理控制水泥材料规格、严格控制水灰比、优化桥梁基坑位置及填充地基加固处理方法、采取科学的养护方法等。实践证明通过以上预防措施可减少桥梁混凝土裂缝的产生,提高桥梁工程的整体质量。
There are many concrete cracks in the bridge construction process.Common cracks include temperature cracks,dry shrinkage cracks,shrinkage cracks,and subsidence cracks.Based on the analysis of the causes of the above cracks,this article puts forward the preventive measures for concrete cracks in bridge construction,such as Properly reduce the amount of cement,reasonably control the specifications of cement materials,strictly control the watercement ratio,optimize the location of bridge foundation pits and the reinforcement of the filled foundation,and adopt scientific maintenance methods.Practice has proved that the above preventive measures can reduce the occurrence of bridge concrete cracks and improve the overall quality of bridge engineering.
