摘要
制约农业产业结构调整的因素有自然的、技术的、经济的 ,更重要的还有制度因素。制度是决定农业产业结构的内生变量 ,是制约农业产业结构调整的决定性因素。本文运用制度经济学理论解释和界定了我国农业产业结构调整的制度涵义 ,分析了当前我国农业产业结构调整的制度约束 。
The article takes institutions as endogenous variable,which decides agriculture industrial structure.It uses theory of Institutional Economics to explain and analyze the structural adjustment of agricultural industry and gives institutional connotation of the structural adjustment of agricultural industry.Based on this,the article analyzes the institutional constraints of the structural adjustment of agricultural industry,offers the institutional innovation starting poing and path of the structural adjustment of agricultural industry in China.
