摘要
地铁高峰期部分站台门因为隧道动态风压过大出现二次关门等故障,影响了地铁正常运营。通过对隧道动态风压数据进行实测分析,研究风压对站台门运行阻力的影响,对站台门的电机选型、门控器(DCU)、摩擦副结构进行优化,解决了动态风压过大导致的站台门二次关门。
During the peak period of subway, secondaryclosing happen to some platform doorsbecause of the excessive dynamic wind pressure in the tunnels, which affected the normal operation of the metro. Through the measurement and analysis of the dynamic wind pressure data in the tunnels, this paper studies the influence of wind pressure on the running resistance of platform screendoor,optimizes the motor selection, door controlunit(DCU) and friction pair structure of platform screen door, and solves the secondary closing of platform screen door caused by excessive dynamic wind pressure.
