四川省体育产业科技创新能力评价体系研究

摘要 以体育产业科技创新为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法,建立系统的体育产业科技创新能力评价指标体系。在理论研究和现状研究的基础上,分析了体育产业科技创新能力的内涵和构成要素,结论:体系由目标层、要素层、指标层、子指标层构成。其中目标层为四川省体育产业科技创新能力评价指标;要素层由管理能力、投入能力、科技能力、产出能力、创新效益五大要素组成;要素层下设12项指标层,以及30项可量化子指标。 Taking the scientific and technological innovation of sports industry as the research object, a systematic evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation ability of sports industry is established by using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. On the basis of theoretical research and current situation research, this paper analyzes the connotation and constituent elements of scientific and technological innovation capability of sports industry. It is concluded that the system is composed of target layer, element layer, index layer and sub-index layer. Among them, the target layer is the evaluation index of scientific and technological innovation ability of sports industry in Sichuan Province;the factor layer is composed of five elements: management ability, input ability, science and technology ability, output ability and innovation benefit;there are 12 index layers under the factor layer, and 30 quantifiable sub-indicators.
