摘要
目的探讨优质护理在重型再生障碍性贫血合并感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月-2019年3月江苏省新沂市人民医院收治的重型再生障碍性贫血合并感染患者78例,随机分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=39)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理,比较两组护理效果、干预前后生活质量水平。结果观察组干预总有效率为89.74%,高于对照组的76.93%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.651,P<0.05);观察组干预后躯体功能(20.63±3.22) vs (13.25±4.02)分、躯体角色(7.20±1.27)分vs (5.13±1.13)分、心理健康(25.08±2.58)分vs (18.75±4.24)分、社会功能(8.08±3.59)分vs (5.13±3.46)分水平均高于对照组(t=11.099、9.432、9.879、9.583,P=0.001 <0.05)。结论优质护理的实施可有效提高重型再生障碍性贫血合并感染患者的临床治疗效果,有利于患者生活质量水平的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with severe aplastic anemia complicated with infection. Methods A total of 78 patients with severe aplastic anemia and infection who were treated in Xinyi People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(n=39) and an observation group(n=39). The control group received conventional care, and the observation group received high-quality care. The nursing effects and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 89.74%, which was higher than 76.93% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.651, P<0.05);the physical function of the observation group after the intervention(20.63±3.22)points vs(13.25±4.02)points, physical role(7.20±1.27) vs(5.13±1.13)points, mental health(25.08±2.58)points vs(18.75±4.24)points;the social function(8.08±3.59)points vs(5.13±3.46)points was higher than the control group(t=11.099,9.432,9.879,9.583,P=0.001 <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality care can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with severe aplastic anemia complicated with infection, and is conducive to the improvement of patients’ quality of life.
