摘要
目的研究在癌症晚期疼痛患者护理中实施协同干预的效果。方法以2017年1月-2019年6月共120例癌症晚期疼痛患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组60例患者接受常规护理干预,观察组60例患者接受协同干预护理,比较两组疼痛程度、生活质量。结果观察组干预后疼痛评分为(3.52±1.17)分,对照组(4.94±1.24)分(P<0.05);观察组干预后疼痛控制有效率为86.67%,对照组为71.67%%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.093,P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分为(100.85±15.49)分,对照组(82.61±14.70)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.616,P<0.05)。结论对癌症晚期疼痛患者实施协同干预护理能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提升患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of collaborative intervention in the care of patients with advanced cancer pain. Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced cancer pain from January 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 60 patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention and 60 patients in the observation group received coordinated intervention nursing, comparing pain and quality of life between the two groups. Results The pain score of the observation group after the intervention was(3.52 ± 1.17) points, and the control group(4.94 ± 1.24) points(P<0.05). The effective rate of pain control after the intervention in the observation group was 86.67%, and the control group was 71.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.093, P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was(100.85 ± 15.49) points, and that of the control group(82.61 ±14.70) points,the difference was statistically significant(t = 6.616, P <0.05). Conclusion Cooperative intervention nursing for patients with advanced cancer pain can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
